By accessing or using Redux, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses Redux.

Redux is a search engine and content aggregator that indexes publicly available movies and TV show information from the internet. Redux also provides the following personalisation features stored locally in your browser:

• Save and manage your Favourited movies and TV shows, stored on our servers
• Maintain a Watch Later list for content you plan to watch, stored on our servers
• Keep a Watch History log of content you have viewed, stored on our servers
• Search and browse publicly indexed media information

Redux does not host, store, or distribute any media files on our servers. All content displayed is sourced from publicly accessible third-party websites, and we have no control over the content of those external sites.

• Redux operates solely as a search engine and aggregator
• We do not bypass security measures or access private content
• Links provided point to publicly accessible third-party content only
• We are not responsible for the availability or legality of third-party content

By using Redux, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access content in your jurisdiction
• You must comply with your local laws and regulations regarding streaming and content access
• You will respect intellectual property rights of content creators and rights holders
• You will not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the service
• You will not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

Redux respects intellectual property rights and complies with valid legal requests. Because we do not host any media files, all content removal requests must be directed to the respective third-party content hosts.

• We cannot modify or remove content from third-party servers
• Please contact the hosting website directly for content takedown requests
• We will cooperate with valid legal processes where applicable

Redux operates a separate public feedback and suggestion platform powered by Fider. Use of that platform is subject to the additional terms below.

Description

The feedback platform allows users to submit suggestions, vote on ideas, comment on posts, and view community feedback.

Accounts

Accounts on the feedback platform are created using Google OAuth authentication. By signing in you agree that the information provided by your Google account is accurate, you are responsible for all activity performed under your account, and you will not impersonate another person.

Acceptable Use

When using the feedback platform, you agree not to:

• Post illegal content or harass or abuse other users
• Submit spam or misleading information
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform
• Upload malicious or harmful content

The administrator reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

User Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit to the feedback platform. However, by posting you grant the site operator a non-exclusive licence to display the content publicly, store the content, and use feedback to improve services. Content submitted may remain visible even after your account is removed.

Moderation

Administrators may edit or remove posts, lock discussions, and suspend or delete accounts without prior notice if content violates these rules.

This service is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent storage of any submitted content.

• We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service
• Use of Redux is entirely at your own risk
